By creating an account or using LeadFlow, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear, not to hide obligations in legalese.
1. The service
LeadFlow is a SaaS CRM tool that lets you manage leads, track pipeline stages, set follow-up reminders, and (where configured) use AI-assisted features for scoring and summarization.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis for current functionality. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure — do not share your password. Notify us immediately at leadflow.app1@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each person may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use LeadFlow to:
- Store or process data you do not have the right to use
- Engage in illegal activities or harassment
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the service for vulnerabilities
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) using data stored in the CRM
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security controls
4. Your data
You own the lead data and content you enter into LeadFlow. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the CRM complies with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) regarding the contacts you store.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by third-party hosting failures.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required to protect the service or other users.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind — express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if the service is free). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable federal or state courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after the revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page.
